Strength and Conditioning Assessments are best for folks looking for a full body biomechanical assessments and performance-optimization plans, dance-specific movement screens and programming, or general strength and conditioning programs to better their performance in their artistic sport, or other sport. This also suits anyone looking for care at GROOVES.REHAB if you live outside of Ontario, Canada. 

You will need comfortable clothing, floor space to get onto the floor, a chair, some wall space, and a tape measurer. Access to bands and weights is highly recommended but not mandatory!
